Avery Hall is pleased to announce that it has acquired the stalled development site at 1550 Bedford Avenue, in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.  The site fronts Eastern Parkway and is a short walk to multiple subway lines. The property was acquired through a bankruptcy process with debt provided by Maxim Capital. The new ownership is evaluating a range of potential development programs and looks forward to contributing to the continued growth of the neighborhood.
