In 2013, Avery Hall sourced the opportunity and led the acquisition of a 6-unit, prime mixed-use corner building in the heart of the Carroll Gardens Historic District, in partnership with a New York-based family office. Avery Hall recognized the intrinsic upside of the asset and during the contract period, re-structured several leases at the property. AHI has subsequently divested its interest to its partner.
