As Principals at their prior firm, Avi Fisher and Brian Ezra, along with a third partner, led the team that sourced, underwrote and structured the acquisition and pre-development of 345 Carroll Street. The project was completed in 2017 as a ground-up 32-unit, 90,000 gross square foot luxury condominium project. 345 Carroll is Carroll Gardens’ first full service residential building, with 22 on-site parking spaces, fitness center, private gardens and an attended lobby. The site has been developed by a partnership of one of New York’s most prominent developers, Sterling Equities, and one of New York’s leaving private equity real estate funds, Westbrook Partners.
