One Boerum Place rises atop Brooklyn's Borough Hall Station, at the nexus of Cadman Plaza and the Fulton Mall — a 138 residence tower over a two-story, 22,000 SF retail base. Designed and developed by Avery Hall in partnership with Allegra Holdings and Aria Development Group. The location is among the most connected in the borough: eight subway lines within a one-minute walk, the Brooklyn Bridge immediately adjacent, and best-in-class views from nearly every residence. The 250,000 SF building broke ground in 2019 and completed, fully leased, in 2022 — built on a block-front site assembled with 50,000 SF of air rights from adjacent properties.
