The eight-story, 420,000 SF building sits adjacent to the 36th Street Lynx Blue Line station, with the Cross Charlotte Trail and a future 14-acre county park set to expand at its doorstep. Cullman House comprises 294 residences and 6,800 SF of ground-floor retail fronting an urban plaza, over three floors of podium parking and two raised courtyards anchored by a pool. Located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone and held long-term, the project broke ground in March 2023, completed in May 2025, and reached stabilization in June 2026 — commanding the highest average rents in the NoDa submarket.
