655 Union occupies a half-acre site along 4th Avenue between Union and Sackett Streets, at the meeting point of two primary Brooklyn corridors. Designed by Avery Hall and developed in partnership with Gindi Capital, the project was conceived as an anchor for the neighborhood's next chapter. The mixed-use rental building offers 193 residences above street-level retail, along with a rooftop pool and a premium amenity package.
