544 Carroll
Located adjacent to a community garden, 544 Carroll was designed to fold green space and light into all aspects of the project. The project delivers family sized homes and generous amenities with abundant sunlight to Brooklyn.

544 Carroll sits at the doorstep of Gowanus along Carroll Street, a historic, tree-lined route that runs from Park Slope over the landmark Carroll Street Bridge into Carroll Gardens. Designed by Avery Hall and developed in partnership with Declaration Partners and Bridge Investment Group, the project brings 133 residences to the neighborhood, pairing the charm of townhouse living with the ease of a full-service building. Shaped by the street's greenery and the neighboring Gil Hodges Community Garden, the building carries that atmosphere through landscaped terraces, natural materials and open indoor and outdoor spaces.
