465 Pacific

In partnership with Allegra Holding and Aria Development Group, Avery Hall completed 465 Pacific Street, an 85,000 SF mixed-use building in Boerum Hill, a five-minute walk from Barclays Center and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the building holds 30 residences and 15,000 SF of multi-level retail, served by a fitness center, children's playroom, resident lounge, common and private terraces, and 17 secured on-site parking spaces. The site was assembled from four separate air-rights parcels; the project completed in 2017.
