In partnership with Allegra Holding and Aria Development Group, Avery Hall completed 145 President Street, Carroll Gardens' premier full-service boutique condominium — and the first project designed entirely in-house by Avery Hall. The building comprises 17 condominiums and an adjoining townhouse, served by a fitness center, children's art room, resident storage, common and private terraces, and 15 secured on-site parking spaces. The 50,000 SF site was assembled from nine tax lots and several air-rights parcels; the building sold out and completed in 2019.
