Avery Hall Investments, in partnership with a family office, acquired an under-utilized prime corner development site, in Boerum Hill.  Avery Hall recognized an opportunity to blend down its basis, and was able to structure a complicated air rights acquisition from a neighboring underbuilt property.  The assemblage can accommodate an 8-story, approximately 25,000 GSF, mixed-use boutique development with 20 apartments and retail at grade.  The site is a short walk from the Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Academy of Music and the transportation hub at Atlantic Terminal.

Jesse Wark, in his previous position as VP of Development at Urban Development Partners, managed the design, development and construction of 50 North Fifth Street, a 229-unit luxury rental building located in the heart of Northside Williamsburg.  The project was designed as an "80/20", including 20% affordable housing units to take advantage of both the Inclusionary Housing Program and 421a real estate tax abatement program through NYC’s Housing Preservation and Development agency.  50 North 5th was designed with a full array of amenities, including on-site secured parking, a spacious two level courtyard, bocce courts, a 4,000 square foot roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, pet spa, a multi-level fitness center, basketball court and resident lounge.  The development was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

Jesse Wark, during his tenure as VP of Development at Urban Development Partners, managed the design, development and construction of The Dylan, a 38-story luxury rental building with 10,000 square feet of retail space.  The project utilized both the Inclusionary Housing Program and 421a negotiable certificates to achieve a 20% increase in floor area and a 10-year real estate tax abatement.  Located at 309 5th Avenue, the completed development includes an attended lobby, rooftop lounge with full kitchen and outdoor terrace, fitness center, basketball court and sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline.  The Dylan was completed in Summer 2013.

Prior to launching Avery Hall Investments, Avi Fisher, as New Construction Sales Manager at PNHoffman, managed the pre-development design, sales and marketing of Chase Point Condominium, a 10-story luxury condominium building with a three story sub-grade private parking garage.  The project, located on the border of Chevy Chase, MD, and Friendship Heights, D.C., two of the area’s most affluent neighborhoods, consisted of 102 market rate and 5 affordable units across 185,000 square feet.
