Prior to launching Avery Hall Investments, Avi Fisher, as New Construction Sales Manager at PNHoffman, managed the pre-development design, sales and marketing of Chase Point Condominium, a 10-story luxury condominium building with a three story sub-grade private parking garage.  The project, located on the border of Chevy Chase, MD, and Friendship Heights, D.C., two of the area’s most affluent neighborhoods, consisted of 102 market rate and 5 affordable units across 185,000 square feet.
